A  great summer appetizer or side dish… simple, fast, and healthy!

  1. Slice two or three farm fresh tomatoes in a serving dish.  Drizzle one tablespoon of Fosse Farms Garlic Blackberry on top of the tomatoes.
  2. Boil 7 to 10 brussel sprouts until tender (6 to 10 minutes depend on size)
  3. Slice brussel sprouts in half and add on top of tomatoes.
  4. Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of Fosse Farms Garlic Blackberry on top of brussel sprouts

*parsley and a lemon wedge can be added to the dish to make it look a bit more “formal”.  A sprinkle of fresh grated Parmesan cheese is a nice addition as well.
