Project Description
Toss together:
- Fun shaped pasta (cooked)
- Olives (green & black) sliced
- Artichoke hearts – sliced into bite size pieces
- A few slices of red & yellow peppers (for color)
- Sliced mushrooms
- Crazins
- Soy nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds &/or other nuts to taste
- *can use leftover veggies (broccoli, pears, etc.)
- Pour dressing on liberally (Raspberry)
This salad lasts for a few days in the fridge and can also be heated if you like.
