Since 1994, Elaine Fosse has been making and perfecting this delicious recipe for family and friends.  Over the years every dinner party invitation arrived with a request for Elaine to bring her fabulous dressing.  In November 2003, Elaine assisted a co-worker with a bake sale to raise funds for the Fort Lewis Family Support Group. Elaine brought her dressing to sell, and word of mouth about the incredible taste and natural goodness of her product spread quickly, eventually launching a family business.  Orders continue to pour in. Fabulous on salads and pasta, Elaine's all natural dressing is a terrific marinade for chicken and fish, and a delicious dressing for green beans.
