Project Description

Toss together:

  • Fun shaped pasta (cooked)
  • Olives (green & black) sliced
  • Artichoke hearts – sliced into bite size pieces
  • A few slices of red & yellow peppers (for color)
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Crazins
  • Soy nuts, sunflower seeds, almonds &/or other nuts to taste
  • *can use leftover veggies (broccoli, pears, etc.)
  • Pour dressing on liberally (Cranberry or Raspberry)

This salad lasts for a few days in the fridge and can also be heated if you like.
