Tomato and Brussel Sprouts

A  great summer appetizer or side dish… simple, fast, and healthy!

Slice two or three farm fresh tomatoes in a serving dish.  Drizzle one tablespoon of Fosse Farms Garlic Blackberry on top of the tomatoes.
Boil 7 to 10 brussel sprouts until tender (6 to 10 minutes depend on size)
Slice brussel sprouts in half and add on top of tomatoes.
Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of Fosse Farms Garlic Blackberry on top of brussel sprouts

*parsley and a lemon wedge can be added to the dish to make it look a bit more “formal”.  A sprinkle of fresh grated Parmesan cheese is a nice addition as well.


Brown Rice


A great way to make boring brown rice a little tastier is with Fosse Farms Garlic Blackberry Dressing. This is just plain ole steamed brown rice but it really is good with any flavor of dressing.  The kids will be more likely to eat it with a little Fosse Farms flavor.

Dr. Pat’s Veggie Herbs de Provence Dressing Omelette

Scramble eggs & add a bit of Herbs de Provence Dressing as you beat them; then add fresh steamed veggies like spinach, onions, & mushrooms. Sprinkle with feta cheese and drizzle Herbs de Provence Dressing

Steamed Green Beans

Steam 1 pkg. frozen green beans or a pound of fresh green beans until beans are tender-crisp.

Allow to cool to room temperature

Dress with 3-5 tablespoons of Fosse Farms Raspberry Dressing & garnish with a sprinkling of fresh raspberries and browned slivered almonds.

You can also use the Cranberry Dressing instead, and garnish with dried cranberries.

This would make a beautiful Thanksgiving side dish.

Pasta & Roasted Veggie Salad


Boil 1 pkg tri-colored pasta & cool to room temp

Dress with Fosse Farms Cranberry Dressing

Roast chunks of potatoes, zuchini, carrot coins, onions, eggplant – any veggies you like.

Drizzle them lightly with garlic powder and olive oil & bake at 300 degrees until the veggies are lightly browned & tender.

Once they are cooled to room temperature, add them to the cooked pasta and dress with a bottle of Fosse Farms Cranberry Dressing & toasted sesame seeds.
